Graduation Brunch Details

At the Graduation Brunch, eighth-grade families experience a shared meal, individuals are recognized for their contributions, and end-of-the-year awards are given. Each eighth-grader may bring 2 adult guests. The graduate's and parents' brunch is paid for by the graduation fee. Adults must return the order form to reserve a place. Please arrive at the venue no later than 9:15 A.M.

Dress Code: GIRLS - Dresses or skirts and blouses. Dresses may be NO SHORTER than 3” above the kneecap. Dresses may be sleeveless, but straps must follow cotillion rule (three fingers wide). NO SPAGHETTI STRAPS, STRAPLESS OR TIGHT-FITTING DRESSES. If you choose to wear a strapless dress, a sweater must be worn the entire time. Necklines must be modest. Shoes may be flats or heels. Open-toe and/or open-heel shoes are permitted. Athletic shoes are not appropriate.

BOYS - Sports jacket or suit, dress slacks, long-sleeve dress shirt (any color) tucked in with belt, tie (any color), dress shoes and socks. Athletic shoes are not appropriate. 

Committee Duties: Plan and coordinate the graduation brunch, including reserving venue, coordinating menu and layout, decorations and keepsakes, invitations and parent reservations. Work with teachers and administrators to plan all aspects of the event. Utilize budget for purchase of keepsakes and centerpieces.
