Admissions

Our parents are professionals who love their children and support our endeavors to educate them morally, spiritually and academically. They are true partners in their child's education.

I love working at Saint Jeanne's because it has been a part of my life since I was a child.  My two sisters and I attended Saint Jeanne's and I have been here my entire teaching career.  It is like home to me, and I enjoy working with the Sisters, and I love the students.  Most of all, I love teaching first grade.  It is my passion.

St. Jeanne's is unique because we are a small ship and our "captains" trust us.  We can make adjustments quickly without dealing with excessive bureaucracy.  And as a teacher (and as a parent) I feel that the administration takes me seriously and values my opinion.

Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac School in Tustin is in its sixth decade of service to Catholic education as one of the ministries of the Company of Mary worldwide. The charism, legacy, and Educational Project of the Sisters of the Company of Mary are alive and well in the school today. The school has a dedicated faculty and staff called by Christ for service to His children. The ministry of school’s Leadership Team is shared by Sisters and lay personnel, and all are involved in ongoing staff development endeavors to become imbued, as educators, with the profound spirit, humanistic values, and strong traditions of the Church and the Educational Project of the Sisters of the Company of Mary constructed through the vision and mission of Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac.

Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac school has done more for my child than we could have ever anticipated bringing them on their first day of preschool. Now, years later we see their confidence and abilities to excel in high school. It is incredible how fast the years have flown by,  but our commitment to this school has been well worth the sacrifices.

Within the first few minutes of touring Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac School, I knew it was the right place for my children.  The social, emotional, and physical experiences of a child’s formative years are so important for their future well-being.  I can say without any hesitation the preschool through 8th-grade years at SJDL build that necessary foundation.  My children validate my feelings about this school daily when they beg me to let them stay for daycare!  The administration, teachers, school staff, parents, and students are truly a community that cares about one another and respects one another.  There is nowhere else I would send my children!

Wonderful teachers that truly care about what is best for our students. They work hard to challenge them and help them. They want our children to be successful both academically and as ethical individuals. The values my child demonstrates without constant reminding are reminders about how great the school is beyond its high academic goals.

Our students are highly sought after by both private and public high schools. Foundational values of service, adaptability, perseverance and leadership are ubiquitous in the school’s learning culture and effectively produce life-long learners. Saint Jeanne graduates have regularly received recognitions from their parish, high school and honor societies. We are especially proud to hear about how service and leadership qualities have impacted their communities, parishes, and organizations. From valedictorians, theater art participants and athletic achievements, we are proud of all of our Saint Jeanne graduates and look forward to hearing about all of their accomplishments in high school, college and career. We hope to see you become part of the Saint Jeanne Family.
