Graduation Retreat Details (TENTATIVE)

The Graduation Retreat is held off-campus at an eighth-grader's house. Please indicate on the Parent Committee Form if you would like to host the graduation retreat. Eighth-graders wear free dress with their class t-shirts. Students should bring their Bibles.

Committee Duties: Provide a location for the 8th-grade graduation retreat and coordinate all necessary food, snacks and supplies needed by the Retreat Leader. Work with the teachers to coordinate the day’s schedule, set up and clean up. Coordinate sign ups if needed for food items.

Budget: $750 Stipend for retreat leader ($200 check from Sr. Cecilia), morning snack ($100), lunch ($380), and supplies ($70). Any costs incurred above and beyond your budgeted amount will be considered a generous donation. Please submit all receipts for reimbursement, clearly labeled with your name and committee/event, to Mrs. Yorba.
