As a community of faith, we invite our Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School families to join us in prayer for Pope Leo XIV following his recent diagnosis of lung cancer and surgery. During this time of recovery, let us unite our hearts in asking God to surround our Holy Father with strength, peace, healing, and hope.
Let Us Pray
Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts united in faith, lifting up Pope Leo XIV as he faces this health challenge. Surround him with Your loving presence, grant him strength and courage throughout his recovery, and fill his heart with the peace that comes from trusting in You.
May the Holy Spirit be his constant companion, bringing him comfort in moments of uncertainty and renewing his spirit each day. Through the intercession of Mary, our Blessed Mother, may he find refuge in her loving care and remain confident in God's unfailing love.
As a worldwide Church, may we be reminded of the power of prayer, the strength of our faith, and the hope we share in Christ. Help us to stand together in solidarity with our Holy Father, entrusting his health and recovery to Your divine providence.
