Charism in Action
The spirit of the Company of Mary comes to life through a deeply personal and relational approach to education—one that recognizes each student as uniquely created in the image and likeness of God and entrusted to our care with purpose and promise. Rooted in the vision of Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac, this charism calls educators to form not only the mind, but the heart, guiding students toward a life of faith, virtue, and service.
This charism is also expressed through a commitment to formation in virtue and character. Students are invited to reflect, take ownership of their growth, and respond generously to God’s call in their lives. Through structured opportunities for self-reflection, dialogue, and service, they come to understand that their gifts are not only for personal success, but for the good of others.
Guided by a spirit of discernment and compassion, the school community fosters a culture of respect, responsibility, and sacrifice, where relationships are grounded in Gospel values and every interaction becomes an opportunity for formation. In this way, the charism of the Company of Mary is not simply taught, but lived daily, shaping students into thoughtful leaders, faithful disciples, and agents of transformation in the world.
