Eighth-grade Christmas Party Details

Committee Duties: Organize the class Christmas Party including snacks, games, decorations, entertainment and chaperones. Utilize available budget for purchase of snacks and drinks and post sign-ups for food items if needed. Work with the teachers to include traditions from the past and develop new ideas to entertain the kids. Coordinate and send home information regarding a gift exchange.

Budget: Room Parent Fund Food, drinks, and other assorted items. Any costs incurred above and beyond your budgeted amount will be considered a generous donation. Please submit all receipts for reimbursement, clearly labeled with your name and committee/event, to Mrs. Yorba.
