Graduation Swim Party Details (TENTATIVE)

The Graduation Swim Party is held off-campus at an eighth-grader's house. Please indicate on the Parent Committee form if you would like to host the graduation swim party. Eighth-graders should wear appropriate free dress to school and bring their swimsuits. Carpool drivers are needed. 

Dress Code: GIRLS - one-piece bathing suit or bathing suit with t-shirt/rash guard and shorts 

BOYS - swim trunks or board shorts

Committee Duties: Provide a location for the 8th-grade graduation swim party and coordinate all necessary food, snacks and supplies. Work with the teachers to coordinate the day’s schedule, set up and clean up. Utilize available budget and coordinate sign ups if needed for food items. Hire and confirm a certified lifeguard.

Budget: $505 Lifeguard ($125), lunch ($380). Any costs incurred above and beyond your budgeted amount will be considered a generous donation. Please submit all receipts for reimbursement, clearly labeled with your name and committee/event, to Mrs. Yorba.
