Fall Gala Questions

The Fall Gala is a wonderful opportunity to enhance the sense of community within our school and with the local community at large. This event serves as a major source of funding for our school, helping to subsidize student enrichment activities, academic competitions, and capital improvements to our campus. The generosity of participants, donors, and sponsors are integral to the success of the event.

Per the SJDL Parent-Student Handbook, each SJDL family is obligated to donate an item or service valued at a minimum of $125 to support the event. In lieu of an item, a cash or gift card donation of $125 is acceptable.

We are offering several ways for you to make your required donation:

• Select an item from the Amazon.com and access the “SJDL AUCTION 2022 WISHLIST” and bring it to the school during the “Fall Gala Gift Gathering Week” October 17th through October 21st. Gifts can be dropped off at the front or back parking lots before or after school. Volunteers will be there to collect your gifts.                             
• Drop off a check in the amount of $125 during “Fall Gala Gift Gathering Week”, October 17-21.  Make checks payable to "SJDL School" and write "#CLUBSJDL" on the memo line.  Deadline for payment submission is Friday, October 21.
• To pay by credit card online, please view the SJDL Family Donation begninng Monday, October 10.

No, however, who would want to miss out on the fun. Although every family is responsible for the Home and School Support Pledge, attendance is optional.

We encourage everyone to consider attending the Fall Fundraiser to not only help the school and the projects Home and School provides, but for the overall community and SJDL Family experience.
