Heavenly Father,

You are the source of all wisdom and understanding. We place before You our search for a servant leader who will guide Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School. Grant us clarity and discernment as we seek someone who will uphold our mission, live our values, and nurture the spiritual, moral, and intellectual growth of every student.

Bless those who will lead, those who will choose, and those who will serve, that all decisions reflect Your will and bring glory to Your name. May the person You guide to us be a faithful witness to Your love, a shepherd to our community, and a servant of Your Kingdom.

We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen.
