Academic Overview

All grade level learning progressions are aligned to Learning Goals derived from National, State, and Diocesan Standards. Students are provided with opportunities to become "Good Learners" understanding the importance of self-regulation through effective feedback and revision. Engaging students in the learning progressions relative to subject area success criteria allows them to reflect on their development and progress toward mastery of skills.
Local private and public high schools that receive our graduates consistently inform our administration team about how impressed they are with Saint Jeanne students. From spiritual and character development to academic and leadership abilities, SJDL graduates are highly sought after for their work ethic and desire to be of service to their future high school.
In keeping with the tradition, philosophy, and mission of the Company of Mary, the school formulates its program with the inspiration and tenets found in the Educational Project of Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac, which has been successfully implemented in all Company of Mary Schools from the time of the first school of the Order in 1607.
